Project overview
A water tank leak damaged the house throughout. We carried out the full insurance refurbishment: plastering, decorating, ground-floor tiles and first-floor LVT.
Following a water tank leak that caused extensive damage throughout the property, Swift Fix London was brought in to carry out a complete insurance refurbishment.
Our team managed the project from start to finish. Walls and ceilings were fully re-plastered and redecorated throughout, new tiling was laid across the ground floor and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring was installed across the first floor.
Because one team handled every stage, plastering, decorating and flooring followed on from each other without the homeowner having to find and coordinate separate contractors. The property was carefully restored to a high-quality finish, getting the home back to its best.
