Water damage is rarely confined to one room or one trade. A leak from a tank, pipe or roof can soak ceilings, walls and floors across more than one floor, and the repair can involve stripping out, drying, re-plastering, redecorating, and replacing flooring, tiling and joinery.
Swift Fix can manage all of that as a single project. It is exactly what we did after a water tank leak damaged a house from top to bottom: full re-plastering and redecoration, new ground-floor tiling and new LVT flooring throughout the first floor.

Case study: full refurbishment after a water tank leak
Following a water tank leak that caused extensive damage throughout the property, we were brought in to carry out a complete insurance refurbishment. Our team managed the project from start to finish: full plastering and redecoration throughout, new ground-floor tiling and luxury vinyl tile flooring across the first floor. The property was carefully restored to a high-quality finish.
