What we do
Plumbing, electrics & carpentry, done properly.
Plumbing, electrics and carpentry run through almost every job we do, from bathrooms and kitchens to extensions and refurbishments. They are also available on their own, for repairs, upgrades and smaller projects around the home.
Work is tested and handed over with certificates where the regulations require them.
Plumbing
Taps, toilets, showers, radiators, pipework and leaks.
Heating
Radiators moved and added; boiler work by Gas Safe engineers.
Electrical installations
Sockets, lighting, circuits and consumer units.
Electrical maintenance
Fault-finding, repairs, EICR safety testing and EV chargers.
Carpentry
Doors, frames, skirting and architraves.
Joinery
Built-in storage, shelving and alcove units.
Safety and certification
Electrical work is carried out to BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations), and notifiable work under Part P of the Building Regulations is certified. Gas work is only ever carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. You receive the relevant certificates when the work is complete.

Will I get certificates for electrical and gas work?
Yes, where they apply — electrical installation certificates for notifiable electrical work and Gas Safe certificates for gas work.
Can you work evenings or weekends?
Our usual hours are Monday to Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 9am–2pm. Let us know your constraints and we will try to work around them.
Can you supply parts?
Yes. We can supply common parts or fit items you have bought, after checking they are suitable.
