A good bathroom is mostly about what you cannot see. We strip back to sound surfaces, renew pipework where needed and fully tank shower areas and wet rooms before a single tile goes on. Shower trays and wet room formers are set with the right falls, ventilation is sized properly and every edge is finished cleanly.

We survey the space, confirm the layout and finishes, and give you a free, itemised quote and schedule.
- Strip-out, with dust controlled and routes protected
- First-fix plumbing and electrics, tested before we close up
- Tanking, backer boards and correct falls for showers and wet rooms
- Tiling set out for straight lines and balanced cuts
- Second fix: sanitaryware, taps, radiators and accessories
- Clean handover with certificates where required
Regulations
Electrical work in bathrooms is subject to special rules on zones and IP-rated fittings, and new circuits in a bathroom are notifiable under the Building Regulations. Extractor fans must be sized for the room. Where layout or structural changes are planned, we coordinate Building Control.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Typically two to three weeks for a like-for-like renovation, and three to four weeks with layout changes or full tiling.
Can we use another bathroom while you work?
We sequence the work to keep at least one WC usable wherever possible.
Do you supply the bathroom or can I?
Either. We can supply specified sanitaryware and tiles, or fit items you have chosen after checking compatibility.
How do you prevent leaks?
We tank showers and wet rooms, use backer boards, set correct falls to drains and seal every penetration.
