What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the property, details of the work and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to us through our website hosting provider's form service, which processes the data on our behalf. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you do not go ahead with a project, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as needed for the project, any guarantees and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@swiftfixlondon.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
